That the zoning map of the City of Saint Paul , Sheet No. 20, as incorporated by reference in Section 60.301 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows: That property located at 282 Sherburne Avnue being more particularly described as the south 20 feet of Lot 4, Block 2 Chamber's Addition be and is hereby rezoned from RT-1 to B-3. MADA and its divisions sponsor a number of insurance plans as well as a dealer license bond and pension program. MADA Services markets a wide assortment of business forms and promo- tional items for dealers' use. This letter is in support of a rezon- ing petition recently filed with the St. Paul Zoning Office. MADA owns the property at 277 University and also the properties at 276 and 282 Sherburne Avenue. MADA has owned all of these proper- ties and has been a resident on University Avenue for the last ten years.
