THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l . That section 87.07 , s bdivision 1 , of the Saint Paul Legis- lative Code pertaining t the Water Code of Regulations is hereby amended so as to rea as follo��as : Subdivision 1 . (1 ) One-and two-fam' ly dwelling units. The water u��iliiy will , without expense to the owner, in the case of one- and t o-fanlily dwelling units , make all necessary repairs and maintenance to that part of the street servi e connec-tion installed by the utility. (2) Replacement of undersized lead street service connections. i�Jhen 't e water utility determines that a lead service conne tion which supplies a one or i,wo family c:v�elling is undersized in that an inadequate volume of water is eing delivered to the property because of the restr ' ctive diameter of the service pipe, the water utili y will replace the lead street service connection at no cost to the property owner provided that the pr perty owner shall at his/her own expense first repla e that nortion of the undersized lead pipe from the pr perty line to the water meter.
