THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA NT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

The last para�ranh of Se tion 409.06(b) of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code is amended t read as follows :

Section 2
This ordinance shall tak effect and be in force thirty days
following its passage , approv 1 and publication.

� � I understand that Cossetta' s m y intend to apply for the strong
beer license recently authoriz d for restaurants having wine
licezses . The ordinances I dr fted for you dealing with an
exea�ption from the locational equirements for restaurants near
churches will need to be amend d to anticipate this request.
The amendments are simple, and if you can tell me when the
ordinances are going to be con idered in committee , I can be
present to explain-•them.
Basically all you have to do i add the words "or intoxicatin� ,
r::alt liquor" following the wor s "on-sale ��ine" in t�e three
places where those latter words are underlined in the nroposed
� �::.o ordinances . .
