An Ordinance adjusting the cost of special event permits for
th residential permit par ing area adjacent to the William
Mi chell College of Law.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CI Y OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Sec ion l.
Th t Section 166 . 13 (e) of he Saint Paul Legislative Code be
a nded to read as follows
(e) Residents, special e ent permits. Residents within the
estricted area, at a co t of ����p-ee�ts-�$A.-59}one dollar
($1. 00 for each permit, may acquire from the director
on-transferable and dat d special event permits which
shall state the expirati n date of said permits. The director
shall determine the numb r of special event permits to be
' ssued and the hours in ffect upon his determination that
he issuance of same wou d not unduly impair traffic safety
r create serious proble s during the use of such special
ermits.
Sec ion 2.
Th' s ordinance shall take ffect and be in force thirty (30)
da s from and after its pa sage, approval and publication.
