consider implem nti g a permit fee system to fully fund the Water Utility and
Department of P bli Works costs of implementing the Gopher State One-Call
requirements.
Sectx n 6 This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
January 1 , 1991 an all billings rendered on and after January 1 , 1991 shall be
computed on the bas s of rates contained in Sections 1 and 'l above.
