The extent of the deterioration of the structural slab was tuilmown. The consulting
engineer wrote specifications and bid items to determine unit proces on the required
work. The Change Order will include the rest of the entire floor that requires repair.
The structural slab will be repaired and replaced on the entire floor rather than
repairing some now and the rest later.
