ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, Robert Gagne has accepted the position of Policy Analyst in the Mayor's Office;
and
WHEREAS, relocation expenses incurred by City employees as a result of accepting
employment with the City are allowed under Section 40 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code;
and
WHEREAS, estimated expenses to be incurred by Robert Gagne in moving from Connecticut
to the Twin Cities area are $2,500;
NOW, THEREFORE, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to render payment to
Robert Gagne for actual relocation expenses incurred in an amount not to exceed $2,500 upon
submission of written receipts.
