ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHERSAS, on October 1, 1988 , the City, on behalf of the Department
of Public Works, executed Lease Agreement PW/41 granting the use
of 3 ,750 square feet of vacant land to Naegele Outdoor
Advertising , Inc. for the purpose of constructing and operating a
billboard; and
WHEREAS, the said agreement has twice been renewed , the term of
the second renewal to expire on September 30 , 1991; and
WHEREAS, the parties to this lease have agreed to extend the term
for an additional year;
BE IT THEREFORE ORDERED, that the proper City Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum #3 to Lease
Agreement PW/41, extending the term thereof through September 30 ,
1992.
