Additional piping was requested by course superintendent to provide permanent underground
piping for pump-out of low area which periodically floods during heavy rains and in
spring to replace use of rented hose.
AGES IF APPROVED:
Lowers operating cost and personnel hours after heavy rains, and keeps surface of
fairway free of obstruction by hose.
