EXCAVATION/RF�PLACEMENT OF SUBSURFACE CONTAMINATED SOIL
Furnish all �aterials, equipment, labor, environmental engineering services and
incidentals r�ecessary to sample, test, excavate, replace and thin spread
subsurface c�ntaminated soil encountered below abandoned underground storage
tank on sitelall in accordance with Exhibits A through G �ttached.
All work to b�e completed in accordance with applicable environmental engineering
recommendatidns, MPCA requirements and state law subject to:
A. Satisfac ory completion of all contract stipulations and covenants as a
result o� the aforementioned change and all work affected thereby;

B. The righi�s of the City/HRA are not prejudiced; and
C. Al1 clai�s against the City/HRA which are not related to or as a
consequeriae of the aforementioned change(s) are satisfied.
ORDERED,',That the City of Sain+, Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing adc�itions made in ac-
cadance with thq apecifications in the sum of $ 2.703.80 , said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
siderati� named �n the c�tract, known as contract �-P•O. #009897�d which amount is to be financed from:
CDBG funds (#I�6-100-37604-0592-61349) and the contract time is unchanged.
