1. Installation of a 13'-4" x 15'-6" thick slab to support
13' dialmeter x 11' high irrigation water storage tank and
paintinlg of exterior of tank. ADD $1,375.00
2. Enclosing and heating building site to allow winter
constru�ction of irrigation pumping building. ADD 1,960.00

l. Design of i igation pumping system altered to include water holding tank because of
unanticipat deeper water level in new well . Less costly to have this contractor
pour necess y concrete support slab and paint tank while performing other
contracted rk.
2. Unforeseen d lays in completion of drilling irrigation well resulted in delay in
starting con truction of pumping building. Winter concrete and concrete block
construction re uires shelterin and heatin of site.

1. Installation of golf course irrigation system can be completed allowing more
efficient a less costly watering of course.
2. Delays in in tallation of irrigation pumping system will be prevented, maintaining
existing tur in good condition.
