Under the terms of the agreement, the City will receive approximately $174,000 from the State for the State's share of sewer separation work on the 1992 Goodrich/Western sewer separation project. This agreement has been reviewed and approved by Public Works staff and is similar to earlier agreements that have been executed between the City and the State. Therefore, I am acting on an earlier suggestion by Councilmember Roger Goswitz that this resolution by-pass Committee assignment and go directly to Council for action. If you have any questions regarding my request, please call me or Roger Goswitz.
