CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESO - - � Presented By Referred To � Committee: Date Resolution Apprnving Implementation of Activities As Part of the 3rd Cycle Urban Revitalization Action Program WHEREAS, on March 2, 1991 the Council of the City of Saint Paul did amend by Resolution 91-304 the Urban Revitalization Action Program (URAP) Guidelines. The amendment requires City Council approval for "each action involving a loan, grant or other third party transaction, and every action to acquire, demolish, improve or dispose of real property.'; and WHEREAS, the East Side Neighborhood Development Company, fias entered into an Agreement with the City of Saint Paul to implement a portion the URAP program, and do hereby wish to commence with the implementation of activities in accordance with the Agreement and the adopted URAP Guidelines, as amended; now, therefore be it RESOLVED,that upon the recommendation of the Mayor,the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the implementation of URAP � � activities as described in the attached document entitled " URAP Project Activity�Implementation Schedule".
