RESOLVED, That in anticipation of the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopting the
General Fund Budget, General Debt Service Fund Budget for the City's fiscal year 1992
in accordance with Section 11.04 of the City Charter and to provide property ta�c revenue
for the adopted budgets, the Council does hereby levy t�es on all t�able property with
Saint Paul corporate limits, to be collected in 1992 in the amounts set forth below,
including an amount for ta.�c delinquencies and does hereby direct the City Clerk to
forward this adopted levy resolution to the Ramsey County Department of Tu�ation in
accordance with the applicable provisions of the City Charter and other laws:

City Levy for Port Authority per MN Stat. 469.053 $ 1,510,600
TOTAL LEVY $84,000,000
(A) Allowance for anticipated 3.6% ta�c delinquencies for operations. The debt service
funds have a 5% mandatory reserve as provided by Minnesota Statutes 475.61.
(B) The taac levy for city operations includes $1,145,833 (including 3.6% for
delinquencies) to be placed in an escrow account pending determination that the City is
legally permitted to reduce payment to the local Police and Fire Relief Associations.

FURT'HER RESOLVED, That the Budget Director complete and transmit the necessary
State forms identifying which t� levy authorities are being used to the State Revenue
Department.
