of the On Sale Liquor Club-B, Sunday On Sale Liquor and Restaurant-B License at 287 Ma.ria
Avenue. The Police Department, Phil Byrne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the application
and have agreed that the License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council.
The License Division's recommendation is for approval.
