RESOLUTION INCREASING THE FINANCING AND SPENDING PLAN FOR THE THIRD
CYCLE WABASHA DEVELOPf�IENT INITIATIVE URBAN REVITALIZATION ACTION PROGRAM PROJECT
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has awarded the City of Saint Pau1 Urban
Revitalization Action Program funds to complete the Wabasha Development Initiative
Project; and
WHEREAS, the city has earned interest income on the unspent State URAP
funds, a portion of which have been previously identified to be included in the
above listed project; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the
City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the following addition to the Wabasha Development
Initiative Third Cyc]e URAP Financing and Spending plan.
