WHEREAS, to consolidate & facilitate the WarnedShepard Road project, this resolution
requests moving budgets from 1987-1990 to the current Warner/Shepard Reconstruction
budget in 1991, so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the
Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that the Capital
Improvement Budget, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council is hereby further
amended in the following particular:

The Warner/Shepard Road Project is spread out over several CIB budget years.This action would move all of the financing and spending authority into
one manageable activity.
Background:
Tamsen Aichinger,former CIB staff,encouraged the consolidation of the many approved budgets for the Warner/Shepard Road Project. The CIB
Committee has discussed and approved these transfers.

Recommendation:
Tamsen Aichinger recommended approval on this action before her departure.

Future transfers may be needed if any future CIB budgets allocate monies to the Warner/Shepard Road Project.
