Background: Tamsen Aichinger,former CIB staff,encouraged the consolidation of the many approved budgets for the Warner/Shepard Road Project. The CIB Committee has discussed and approved these transfers. Major Issues: Fiscal Impact: (Current Year and Following Year) A sumary of the amendment is attached. Acknowledging the reduction for the MSA revenue bonds,all of the"from's"match all of the"to's".(see attac6ed) Recommendation: Tamsen Aichinger recommended approval on this action before her departure.
