On Sale Wine, On Sale Malt (Strong) , and Restaurant-B License at 680 E. 7th Street. The
Police Department, Phil Byrne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the application and have agreed
that the License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council. The License
Division's recommendation is for approval.
