RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and
approves of the reappointment of DAVID BEAULIEU and the
appointment of JULIE BRUNNER to the Ethical Practices Board.
The terms for the above individuals shall expire when the
Council abolishes the board or on September 30, 1993,
whichever comes first.

RE: Appointment and Reappointment to the
Ethical Practices Board
Mayor Scheibel has recommended that DAVID BEAULIEU be reappointed
and JULIE BRUNNER be appointed to the Ethical Practices Board.
The terms for the above individuals shall expire when the Council
abolishes the board or on September 30, 1993, whichever comes
first. I recommend these appointments so that the board can
complete on-going investigations and have adequate time and
resources to establish ethics policies to guide Saint Paul in the
future.
The resolution and a copy of Julie Brunner's application are
attached for your convenience. If you have any questions, feel
