RESOLVED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identified
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confirmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be had before the Council of the City of St. Paul, in the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul, on the day of

thence Westerly;on a line 458.54 feet North of and parallel to the centerline of Maryland
Ave.E.,a distance of 100 feet,tn a point on the West line of said Burlington Northem I
right-of-way,fihence Northerly on the west line of said rlght-of-way a distance of 121.70 i
feet,-thence Easterly on a line 580.54 feet North of and parallel to the centerline of '
