The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

l. 11/7/91 FINAL ORDER: Acquisition of a permanent APPROVED 3-0
GS-16207 utility easement in connection with the
Maryland/Dale Area Sewer Separation
Project. Part of Lots 37 and 38, Block 1,
Tilsen's Maywood Heights Addition.
2. 11/7/91 FINAL ORDER: Construction of a storm APPROVED 3-0
GS-16877 sewer system in the area bounded by
Margaret Street on the north, I-94 on .
the south, Atlantic Street on the west
and White Bear on the east. Said sewer
separation project to be known as the
Conway/Germain Area Storm Sewer Project.
� 3. 11/7/91 AMENDED FINAL ORDER: Improving the APPROVED 3-0
GS-16227 following streets with a new bituminous
GS-16203 roadway, concrete curb and gutters,
driveway aprons will be reconstructed
with concrete and new concrete outwalks.
Boulevards will be regraded and sodded
and a lantern style street lighting
system will be installed: Parts of
Wilson, Conway, Barclay, Birmingham,
Flandrau, Kennard, Germain, Hazelwood,
Fremont, Fifth, Clarence, Johnson
Parkway Frontage Road, Atlantic, Third
and English. A1�1 to be known as the
_ Conway/Germain Area Street Paving and
Lighting Project.
4. 11/7/91 FINAL ORDER: Installation of sanitary, APPROVED 3-0
GS-16204 storm sewer and water service connections,
if requested by the property owner, for
the Conway/Germain Area Storm Sewer and
Street Paving and Lighting Project.
