RESOLVED,that the City Council approves and authorizes submittal of an application to Ramsey
County for the city's allocation of 1992 SCORE recycling funds, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Joint Powers Agreement with Ramsey County whereby the city will provide residential recycling
collection services, and the county on behalf of the city will collect the fees based on the 1992 annual
recycling budget to be adopted by the City Council
