WHEREAS, based upon the utility easement Certificate of Intended Non-Use filed voluntarily on behalf of Continental Cablevision , and made a part hereof by this reference and filed in the office of the City Cler. k of Saint Paul, the City for itself and on behalf of this corporation , waives the r. ight to the utility easement in the vacated area as described in the Certificate of Intended-Use .
