WHEREAS, Council File No. 91-792, established residential permit parking on
streets adjacent to the West Seventh St. and United/Childrens Hospital complex; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department received a request from the abutting
property owner to remove the permit parking restrictions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT resolved, that the following parking revision shall be in
effect in the residential permit parking area around West Seventh Street and United/Childrens
Hospital complex:
Remove the "Two Hour Parking 7AM-7PM Monday-Friday Except by Permit" parking
regulation from the following street:
North side of McBoal Street from Smith Avenue to 160 feet east of Smith Avenue.
