WHEREAS, the Public Works Department for the City of Saint Paul in December, 1991
will apply for $6,184,600 in State Grant funds to the Minnesota Pollution Control
Agency to partially finance iYs 1992 Combined Street and Sewer Program and,
WHEREAS, State statute requires that a designated municipal official be authorized by
Council Resolution to sign the grant application, financial assistance offer and other
related documents, now, therefore �
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize and
direct the Manager or Assistant Manager of the Public Works Department Sewer
Division, to act as the City's agents in signing all financial documents for State grants
relative to Saint Paul's 1992 Combined Street and Sewer Program.
