The Ordinance further states that a dangerous structure is a nuisance and it may be ordered to be demolished and removed by the City. If you sell, transfer or convey, in any manner, the ownership or responsibility for this property, you must witLin seven ('n days of such action, provide the Division of Public Health with the names and addresses of any new owners or responsible parties. The rain gutters are missing. 8.• The chimney has cracks, is missing mortar and needs tuckpointing. 9. This building was condemned by the Department of Fire and Safety Services in September of 1991 for fire damage.
