WHEREAS , in 1991 by Council Resolution 91-623 , the City of
Saint Paul assessed PIN 25-29-23-41-0205 , legally described as :
Lewis Second Addition, Lots 27 and 28 , Block 12 ,
located at 874 Marion Street for snow removal.
WHEREAS , the assessment was based on property frontage of
of 246 feet instead of the 50 foot frontage resulting in a total
assessment of $255. 50 instead of $59. 50.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the snow removal assessment
in the amount of $255. 50 be reduced to $59. 50 which reflects the actual
amount for the property at 874 Marion Street for Assessment No. 9404.

abatement work was not done at this address.
2 . 717 Fry Street ( 5123 .50 ) Delete all costs; improper
notification to owner.
