WHEREAS , in 1991 by Council Resolution 91-1378 , the City of
Saint Paul assessed PIN 24-29-23-31-0081 , legally described as :
Minnesota Realty Highlands , Lot 8 , Block 1 ,
located at 1338 Mackubin Street for the removal of a diseased tree.
WHEREAS , the property owner had already paid for the removal
of the tree and should not have been assessed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that the diseased tree assessment
in the amount of $111 . 07 be removed from the tax rolls for Assesssment
No. 9027 for property located at 1338 Mackubin Street.
