Voting In the Matter of improving the following streets with a new bituminous roadway,
Ward concrete curb and gutters, driveway aprons will be reconstructed
with concrete and new concrete outwalks. Boulevards will be
7 regraded and sodded and a lantern style street lighting system will
be installed:
York Avenue from west of Birmingham to Kennard;
Stillwater Avenue from Germain Street to Kennard;
Ross Avenue from Clarence Street to Etna Street;
Ross Avenue from Hazelwood Street to Kennard Street;
Reaney Avenue from Johnson Parkway to Etna Street;
Reaney Avenue from Birmingham Street to White Bear Avenue;
�, Hazelwood Street from Reaney Avenue to Ross Avenue;
Germain Street from Reaney Avenue to Ross Avenue;
Germain Street from Ross Avenue to East Seventh Street;
"'O1� Kennard Street from Reaney Avenue to Case Avenue;
Flandrau Street from Reaney Avenue to Bush Avenue;
Case Avenue from Johnson Parkway to Kennard Street and
E. Seventh Street from Johnson Parkway to Hazelwood Street.
Also, NEW sidewalk construction on the North side of Case Avenue
from Johnson Parkway to Kennard Street.
All to be known as the Hazelwood/Case Area Street Paving and Lighting Project.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is$ 2,077,000 , financedby Assessments $436,000; Municipal State Aid $440,000
and 1992 Capital Improvement Bonds $1,201,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17th day of December, 1991 ,at
nine ��o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House BuiIding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
