L �� I � , ' Green Sheet # f/�cpoZ ' RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA Presented By � � Referred To ��'� Committee: Date ��—1�� -- /� r.5-q l WHEREAS, in 1988 the Minnesota Pollution Agency (MPCA) allocated $4,833,000 to the City of Saint Paul in State Grant funds under State Grant Number S-275002-03 to partially finance construction costs for its 1988 sewer separation program, and WHEREAS, a total of $3,995,110 was spent from the $4,833,000 allocation which left a $837,890 balance from that grant, and WHEREAS, the MPCA approved the City's;request to amend the 1989 State Grant Number S-275002-04 to include;the,.$837;890;balance from State Grant Number S-275002-03, now, therefore '' , ' , '`� f . ,�' BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby accept the additional $837,890 from State Grant Number S-275002-03 to,pay construction costs for sewer separation projects included in State Granf Number S-275002-04.
