contains an appropriation to the Metropolitan Council
Parks and Open Space development grants, including a
City of Saint Paul for the Harriet Island Pavilion
6 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the CounCil of the City of Saint
7 Paul, that the Mayor and proper City officials are hereby authorized
8 to execute agreements with the Metropolitan Council to accept and
9 implement said grant, and
