Condeming and taking a permanent utility easement for the
Prosperity/Ivy Area Storm Sewer Separatiott Pro3ect , subject to
easements of record and existing structures on, under, and across
that part of the Burlington Northern Railway right-of-way, a
map of which is included , and is described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the Southwest corner of Lot 1 , Block 3,
Brenner Addition No. 2, thence Westerly, on a line 458. 84 feet .�
North of and parallel to the centerline of Maryland Avenue East ,
a distance of 100 feet , to a point on the West line of said
Burlington Northern right-of-way, thence Northerly on the West
line of said right-of-way a distance of 121 . 70 feet , thence
Easterly on a line 580. 54 feet North of and parallel to the
centerline of Maryland Avenue East , a distance of 100 feet , to a
point on the Northwest corner of Lot 6 , Block 6 , Mayme 's Addition,
thence Southerly on the East line of said Burlington Northern
right-of -way a distance of 121 . 70 feet , to the point of
beginning.

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the ��� day of
N��aml�ar� 11�1, at the hour af �i�e , �o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
