ANTHONY TOWER RESIDENT COUNCIL �2,000.00 20th Anniversary Festival October 5, 1991 and does hereby authorize the appropriate city officials to execute agreements as necessary to disburse the approved funds; a copy of said agreement to be kept on file in the Department of Finance and Management Services.
