Camnittee: Date �, �� " �y Whereas, A proposed amendment to the Zoning Code to provide new regulations governing the parking of vehicles on zoning lots with single and two family dwellings has been introduced before the Saint Paul City Council; and Whereas, Minnesota Statutes, section 462.357, subdivision 4, provides that amendments to the Zoning code may be initiated by the City Council provided that the Planning Commission is provided with an opportunity to study and report to the Council its recommendations on the proposed amendments; now therefore be it Resolved, That the Planning Commission of the City of Saint Paul is hereby requested to review the attached proposed amendment to the Zoning Code and report its recommendations back to the City Council within 60 days of the adoption of this resolution.
