WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul, by ordinance, established a
six-month plus three-month extended period of time to complete work on certain
vacant buildings under penalty of the forfeiture of a bond in the sum of
$2,000.00 for failure to complete within the prescribed time; and
� WHEREAS, the work at 450 Stryker is 90� complete and the work at 448 Stryker
is 707 complete; and .
RESOLVED, that the time limit for the completion of the work in prog'ress �at
448-450 Stryker (owner - Assam Fawzy) be extended for a period of six months.
