Ciry Council on July 4, 1997, and
WHEREAS Lynn Zahradka has sold his entire taxicab business to Twin City Yellow Cab, Inc., and
WHEREAS Twin City Yellow Cab, Inc., has satisfactorily fullfilled threshold criteria for taxicab licensure as
enumerated in section 376.08, 376.09, and 376.10, now therefore be it
