The amendment requires City Council approval for "each action involving a loan, grant or other third party transaction, and every action to acquire, demolish, improve or dispose of real property." ; and WHEREAS, St. Paul Tenants Union, has entered into an Agreement with the City of Saint Paul to implement a portion of the URAP program, and do hereby wish to commence with the implementation of activities in accordance with the Agreement and the adopted URAP Guidelines, as amended; now therefore be it RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approved the implementation of URAP activities as described in the attached document entitled "URAP Project Activitv/ Implementation Schedule.
