WHEREAS, State Statute 282.01, Subdivision 1 provides that a �
government subdivision may apply for the conveyance of tax-forfeited
parcels for public use; and,

WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul may apply for the conveyance of the
above listed parcels through the Ramsey County Department of Taxation,
Tax Forfeit Division, at a cost of $21. 65 per parcel or a total cost of
$281.45 which is to be charged to Public Works Fund C88-2T621-0788-
29065.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint
Paul hereby authorizes the Finance Department to make application to
acquire "Use Deeds" for the above described parcels.
