WHEREAS: A request has been made by Will Inc. DBA Schwietz's Bar (I.D. ��15986)
at 956 Payne Avenue for a three day extension of service area on
September 12, 13, and 14, 1991, between the hours of 12:00 Noon and
12:30 AM. Therefore be it
RESOLVED: That the request by Will Inc. DBA Schwietz's Bar at 956 Payne Avenue
to extend the On Sale Liquor Service Area on September 12, 13, and 14,
1991, between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 12:30 AM to the parking lot
adjacent to the building be and the same is hereby approved.

Dear Mro Kessler,
The Payne Avenue Harvest Festival celebration will take place
September 12th through the 14th. Once aga3:n we are asking permissiva
to extend our licenses to include a tent on our parking lot ad�acent
to the rear of our building.
As in the past, all regulations regarding doormen, non-glass
containers during the parade, security and fencing etc. will be our
great concern and attentione We have had no problems with this
extension in the past many years.
The dates would be Thursday September 12th at noon until 12:30 am.,
Friday September 13th at noon until 12:30 am. and Saturday noon until
12;30 am,
We hope this w�ll meet your approval and to thank you for your
