Dear Ms. Vanhorn:
On Sunday, September 29, 1991, Cossatta, Inc. will be
celebrating its 80th Anniversary.
We have made an application to close off the southern half of
Chestnut Street between West Seventh and Smith Avenue.
We presently operate an on-sale beer and wine license (permit
#16386) issued to Cossetta, Inc., 211 West Seventh Street. We
would appreciate it very much if the use of this license could
be extended to our abutting parking lot for Sunday, September
29, 1991, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
