In the Matter of improving the following streets with a new bituminous roadway,
concrete curb and gutters, driveway aprons will be reconstructed with concrete
and new concrete outwalks. Boulevards will be regraded and sodded and a lantern
style street lighting system will be installed:

Conway Street from Barclay Street to Hazelwood Street

*Kennard Street from Wilson Street to Fifth Street
Germain Street from Wilson Street to Fifth Street
Hazelwood Street from Third Street to Fremont Street and
from Old Hudson Road to Wilson Avenue
Fremont Avenue from 300 feet west of Birmingham to Hazelwood and
from Germain Street to Flandrau Street
Fifth Street from Kennard Street to Flandrau Street
*Clarence Street from Conway Street to Fremont Avenue
*Johnson Parkway Frontage Road from Third Street to Sixth Street
Fifth Street from Atlantic Street to Johnson Parkway
Atlantic Street from Fifth Street to Sixth Street
Conway Street from Flandrau Avenue to White Bear Avenue
**Third Street from Johnson Parkway to White Bear Avenue
**Birmingham Street from Old Hudson Road to Third Street
All to be known as the Conway/Germain Area Street Paving and Lighting Project
*Some streets in this project will be paved at a less than standard width, and will
receive a $2.00 per assessable foot reduction in their street paving assessment rate.
**These streets are classified as Municipal State Aid (M.S.A.) Streets and are assessed
for street lighting costs only.

3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
