US Rest Corp and Green Mill Inn Inc. DBA Green Mill Inn requests Council approval of the
renewal of the above listed licenses at 57 S. Hamline Avenue. The Police Department,
Phil Byrne and Robert Kessler have reviewed the application and have agreed that the
License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council. The License Division's
recommendation is for approval.
