Improving Winthrop Street from Larpenteur Avenue to Idaho Avenue
by grading and paving, constructing concrete curb and gutter,
and a street lighting system. Constructing a sanitary sewer,
sanitary sewer connections and storm water drainage facilities.
Also , constructing a storm sewer in a 40—foot easement to be
obtained approximately along the alignment of California Avenue
extended from Furness Parkway to Winthrop Street.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report,hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
�g 145,500.00 , financed by assessments $100,900.00 and City Aid $44,600.00.
Sewer service connections will be assessed at the rate of $900.00
per connection
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of October, 1991 ,at
nine �XKKo'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Buflding in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter,stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
