RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund, 09070-0511, to: Rayford
F. Hickman the sum of $4,519.79 in full settlement of his Property Damage Only claim
of damages sustained on or about May 14, 1991, as more particularly set out in the
Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk's office on May 28, 1991.

On May 14, 1991, Mr. Rayford Hickman was traveling west on St. Anthony Avenue when his
automobile was struck by a northbound City of Saint Paul truck which had driven through
a red light at the intersection of Dale Street and St. Anthony Avenue. The driver of
the City vehicle was Steven J. Herbert. Mr. Hickman's vehicle was damaged in the amount
of $4,519.79.
