Shepard Inc. DBA Faricy's In The Village requests Council approval of the renewal of the
On Sale Wine, On Sale Ma.lt and Restaurant-B License at 2012 Ford Parkway. The Police
Department, Phil Byrne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the application and have agreed
that the License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council. The
License Division's recommendation is for approval.
