Table of Contents Inc. DBA Table of Contents Inc. requests Council approval of the renewal
of the On Sale Malt (Strong) and On Sale Wine License at 1648 Grand Avenue. The Police
Department, Phil Bryne and Bob Kessler have reviewed the applications and have agreed that
the License Division may now forward them to the St. Paul City Council. The License
Division's recommendation is for approval.
