NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby accepts and approves these recommendations for expenditure of Emergency Shelter Grant funds; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the appropriate City staff to enter into contracts with the above organizations in accordance with state and federal rules and City regulations; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council adopts the following changes to the 1991 budget.
