RESOLVED, that the Taxi Cab Driver License issued to Patrick E. Murphy is
hereby revoked.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of
the ALJ dated July 31, 1991, are expressly ratified and adopted as the written findings and
conclusions of the Council.
This resolution is based on the record of proceedings before the Administrative
Law Judge, including the hearing on July 24, 1991, the documents and exhibits introduced
therein, and the deliberations of the Council in open session on August 22, 1991. The
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of the ALJ, as amended, are expressly
incorporated in and made a part of this Resolution.
A copy of this resolution, as adopted, shall be sent by first class mail to the
Administrative Law Judge Sara Jay and to the licenseholder.
