WHEREAS: A request has been made by 0'Gara's Bar & Grill Inc. DBA 0'Gara's Bar & Grill
(I.D. #16246) at 164 N. Snelling Avenue for a one day extension of service
area on October 12, 1991, between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 10:00 PM.
Therefore be it
RESOLVED: That the request by O'Gara's Bar & Grill Inc. DBA 0'Gara's Bar & Grill at 164
N. Snelling Avenue to extend the On Sale Liquor Service area on October 12,
1991, between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 10:00 PM to the parking lot
adjacent to the building be and the same is hereby approved.With the follow-
ing stipulation:
1. Extra security will be provided to the parking lot and adjacent
areas.

food and liquor in the parkin� lot. The par�ing lot will be
fenc�cl with extra security on the sidewalk. We al�o have written
�err�ission from Liberty State Bank to use their parking lots
for the day. These lots caill also �be s�cured. The �Iinnesota
State Band will be playing from 12:OOp.m. to 10: OOp.m. They
will be p�aying all old time German �nusic. Tents will be put
up in 0'Gara ' s parking to accomodate our customers. The cover
charge will be one can of non-perishable food or a $1 .00 donation
for the Minnesota Food Shelf.
