RESOLVED, That in aocordance with Chapter 62 of the /�ministrative �ie and Minnesota Statute
� Chapter 429,the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby fix the day of November 1991 at
7:00 P.M., as the date on which the Council will hold a Public Hearing in the City Counal Chambers,
Sairrt Paul, Minnesota, to consider the level of street and alley maintenance to be pertormed in the City
of Saint Paul in 1992 and the costs to be charged against the benefitted property, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish notice of this Hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statute Chapter 429 and the .
Department of Finance is hereby directed to mail notices to affected properties in aa�rdance with said�
Chapter 429.
